What Is Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)?
In collaboration with our primary care medical providers, we now offer a comprehensive and individually-defined program of proven medications and behavioral therapies for those suffering from opioid addictions, related heroin issues, and alcohol abuse.
Medication
Medication options include Buprenorphine/Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, Antabuse, Campral, and other options to best suit the client’s needs.
Behavioral Therapies
Behavioral components include coordinated evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Integrated throughout our program is the use of Peer Recovery Coaching for ongoing program tailoring to fit the client’s psychosocial needs during treatment. Preparation for a sober lifestyle is a key focus.
