CTO offers evaluations for people who are struggling with anger management, domestic violence, mental health, and substance use disorder.
Anger Management
CTO's anger management program utilizes state-of-the-art information combined with experiential and written exercises that promote skill-building and learning. The goal of the treatment is to confront the attitudes, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors which support destructive behaviors, and to teach specific skills that promote healthy adaptive strategies.
