Helping Women Recover
This 48-page, interactive workbook is intended for use as an educational journal by women in substance abuse treatment programs. The material, which is presented in a colorful, easy-to-read format, is based on the most up-to-date information about the impact of substance-use disorders on women’s health, families, and relationships. It uses the research-based process of Interactive Journaling.
The evidence-based materials are designed for trauma treatment, although the connection between trauma and addiction in women’s lives is a primary theme throughout. Skills are enhanced as weeks go by and it is recommended for clients who have completed DBT and are sober.

Helping Men Recover
Helping Men Recover integrates theories of addiction, trauma, and male psychosocial development. Our trainings review the theory as well as provide guidance for the facilitator in teaching this unique material. The main focus of the training is on the interactive exercises drawn from the curriculum.
